Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Heat oil. Add garlic and ginger. Saute for sometime
  2. Add spring onion (white), camsicum, carrots, french beans.Saute for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add celery, schezwan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and 2 tablespoon water. Mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes
  4. Add boiled rice and salt. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve with spring onion (greens)
Recipe Notes

This dish uses the 'brown rice' is a better alternative to the white rice and good for diabetics.
