Ingredients
For chilli oil

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in Wok
  2. Add spring onions (green & white).Saute for few minutes in medium heat
  3. Add garlic and schezwan sauce. Saute on medium flame for 30 seconds
  4. Add boiled noodles and salt. Mix well
  5. Cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes
  6. Pour chilli oil on top
  7. Cook on medium flame for 1 minute. Serve Hot
How to make Chilli Oil
  1. Heat oil till smoke
  2. Add broken red chilli in the hot oil
  3. Cover lid and switch off the flame. Allow to cool for sometime.
  4. Strain the oil and preserve it for next use.
Recipe Notes

Whole wheat macaroni is much preferred option in this recipy
