Instructions
  1. Firstly roast 2 medium size onions and dry fruit in ghee or oil, grind to paste and keep aside.
  2. Boil tomatoes in water, peel, grind to purée and keep aside.
  3. Take a pressure cooker, fry onion to golden brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add mutton along red chilli powder, salt & yoghurt and mix well.
  6. When gravy is thick, Add onions & dry fruits paste and mix well.
  7. Add tomatoes purée, mix well and close the lid and give 4 - 5 whistles.
  8. Enjoy dish with Roti or Pulao.
