Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Boil macaroni and keep aside
  2. Add oil, ginger and garlic. Saute for sometime
  3. Add onions till pinkish.
  4. Add tomato and chili powder, vegetable till tomato is soft
  5. Add capsicum, tomato ketchup, salt and water . Cook for few seconds
  6. Add boiled boiled macaroni, mix well
  7. Add coriander and spring onions for taste. Saute well for 3 to 4 minutes.

Whole wheat macaroni is much preferred option in this recipy
