Instructions
  1. Wash the Tinday and cut in round shape.
  2. Mix garlic paste and half of the Masala powders along with lemon juice to make a paste.
  3. Then fill the paste in the Tinday and tie a thread to keep it intact. In a vessel pour oil and put the Tinday to fry . Keep turning the Tinday to cook on all sides till it's golden brown.
  4. In another pan pour little oil and add onions and sauté for 2 mins.
  5. Then add the rest of the masala powders and 1 small tomato chopped.
  6. Mix everything and leave to cook. Finally garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves
