  1. Grind tomatoes to fine paste and then grind cashew nuts to fine paste separately and keep aside. In a vessel
  2. Heat 1 tbspn butter...fry onions till golden brown
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for 1 min
  4. Add tomato purée and sauté fr 5 - 7mins
  5. Add cashew paste...mix well, add red chilli powder & salt and little water if needed
  6. Add evaporated milk and let it cook for 1 minute
  7. In a pan, heat butter and fry paneer till little golden..add little salt while frying
  8. Add this fried paneer to the gravy and cook until done. Enjoy dish with Roti or Naan
