Instructions
  1. Dry roast dalliya (broken wheat) in pan for 3 minutes till light brown
  2. Remove from flame and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in pressure cooker
  4. Add hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, green chillis and ginger. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes
  5. Add green peas, carrots. Mix well
  6. Add roasted broken wheat, mix well and saute for 2 minutes
  7. Add 2 cups water and salt. Mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles or till done. Remove from flame, open lid, add lemon juice and mix gently.
