Preparation
  1. Soak broken wheat in water for 1-2 hours
  2. Soak soya in warm water for 15 minutes
Cook
  1. Heat oil . Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing, chana daal, urad daal, bay leaves.
  2. Saute for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add 2 tsp garlic ginger paste, green chillis, onions, turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add carrot, beans, potato, capsicum, green peas, tomato, coriander leaves and saute altogether
  5. Squeeze soya water and add into the mixture
  6. Add salt and little sugar (optional)
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame
  8. Add water, chopped coriander. Keep for 3 whistles
  9. When cooled add 1/2 lemon juice or 1 lemon juice.
  10. This healthy and tasty dish is ready to eat!
