Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Heat oil
  2. Add spring onions (white) , celery. Saute for few minutes
  3. Add capsicum, carrot, french beans, bean sprouts and saute for another 2-3 minutes
  4. Add brown rice, salt, vinegar & soya sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes
  5. Garnish with spring onions ( green)
