With the summer approaching in Dubai, we incline to keep ourselves hydrated more and more. My blender whizzes more juices these days compared to earlier months. I don't think it's the avocado season yet. But I happen to spot some gorgeous Hass avocadoes on the supermarket the other day. I've always been an avocado fan growing up thanks to this shake which my mom frequently whips up. Though Haas avocados are a bit costly they're well worth the price. They've got dark green, bumpy skin and quite large compared to the one's from Kenya called Fuerte. If you happen to spot them too ,grab some and make this shake. They're good on their own too, topped with some honey. They remind me of the taste of avocados back at home in SriLanka. I've given a general guideline as there is no set recipe. Feel free to substitute with your favorites. You can use Condensed milk in place of milk and honey to sub the sugar. Top it up with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream for extra indulgence.
